General information on data processing

We take the protection of your data very seriously and process personal data only to the extent necessary. In principle, the use of our website and app is possible without providing personal data.

Data processing in the “RepairFair” app

The app enables the creation and management of repair orders. Users may voluntarily provide the following information:
• Company name (for display in the user area)
• Names of employees (when inviting them to an order)

Additional content such as images, videos, documents, or texts is stored exclusively in relation to the order. No personal assignment is made. By default, repair data is linked to a neutral order number.

Note on the free version:
All orders and content are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Error analysis with Sentry

For quality assurance, we use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) for technical error analysis. Anonymous error reports with device and app information are collected (e.g., operating system version, device type, timestamp). No personal content is transmitted.

Hosting & infrastructure

We use the following services for processing and delivering app and website content:
• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.)
Used for database (Firestore) and hosting
